Marinara sauce: For flavoring.  
Mozzarella: Shredded and reduced fat.
Yellow pepper: Diced.
Pepperoni: or Turkey pepperoni.
Garlic powder: For extra flavor. 
Red pepper flakes: For seasoning. 

How to make air fryer eggplant
