Ingredients
½ cup plain greek yogurt
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 tablespoon turmeric
1 tablespoon ginger
1 tablespoon lime juice
2 teaspoon garlic, minced
1 teaspoon ground coriander
½ teaspoon salt
4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
Cooked basmati rice, for serving
Parsley, for garnish
Instructions
In a bowl whisk together Greek yogurt, olive oil, turmeric ginger, lime juice, garlic, coriander, and salt marinade until well combined and pour into a ziplock bag
Place chicken in bag and coat thoroughly.
Marinate in refrigerator for at least 2 hours but overnight is best.
