- 5 Ripe Avocados
- Fresh Cilantro
- 1 small Red Onion
- 2 tsp Olive Oil
- Kosher Salt to taste
- Ground Black Pepper to taste
Peel and pit your avocado.
Coarsely chop your avocado to your desired size. (We like chunky).
Finely chop red onion and cilantro.
Put Avocado, cilantro and onion in medium bowl.
Drizzle with olive oil and add Salt & Pepper to taste.
Stir carefully with a fork. Over stirring will cause the Guacamole to get mushy.
