This 4 ingredients guacamole recipe couldn't be easier to make! Quickly toss this together to enjoy as a snack or a side with dinner!

Ingredients

  • 5 Ripe Avocados
  • Fresh Cilantro
  • 1 small Red Onion
  • 2 tsp Olive Oil
  • Kosher Salt to taste
  • Ground Black Pepper to taste

Instructions

  • Peel and pit your avocado.
  • Coarsely chop your avocado to your desired size. (We like chunky).
  • Finely chop red onion and cilantro.
  • Put Avocado, cilantro and onion in medium bowl.
  • Drizzle with olive oil and add Salt & Pepper to taste.
  • Stir carefully with a fork. Over stirring will cause the Guacamole to get mushy.
