- 5 Ripe Avocados
- Fresh Cilantro
- 1 small Red Onion
- 2 tsp  Olive Oil
- Kosher Salt to taste
- Ground Black Pepper to taste
- Peel and pit your avocado. 
- Coarsely chop your avocado to your desired size. (We like chunky). 
- Finely chop red onion and cilantro. 
- Put Avocado, cilantro and onion in medium bowl. 
- Drizzle with olive oil and add Salt & Pepper to taste. 
- Stir carefully with a fork. Over stirring will cause the Guacamole to get mushy.
