Air Fryer Salmon Bites

These easy and delicious air fryer salmon bites are. the perfect quick meal to put together. They also make for an amazing appetizer!

Ingredients

  • 1 lb salmon
  • ½ tsp salt
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • ½ tsp smoked paprika
  • ½ tsp granulated garlic
  • ½ tsp dried thyme
  • tsp dried sage

Instructions

  • Wash the pieces of chilled salmon and pat dry with paper towels. Remove the skin carefully. Remove bones with tweezers or fingers.
  • Cut the salmon into 1-inch pieces and transfer to a deep bowl.
  • Add olive oil, salt, spices and herbs to a bowl. You can add spices to your taste if you wish.
  • Gently toss salmon with oil and spices. A good option would be to cover the bowl with plastic wrap and leave in the fridge for 15-20 minutes.
