Baked Sweet Potato Slices
These baked sweet potato slices are the perfect recipe to enjoy as a delicious appetizer, or even as a healthy afternoon snack!

- 2 Tbsp Olive Oil extra virgin
- 1 tsp Salt
- ½ tsp Pepper
- 1 tsp Rosemary
- 3 medium Sweet Potatoes
Preheat the oven to 375℉. Line a baking sheet with parchment or foil (and spray with non-stick spray). Set aside.
Peel and slice the sweet potatoes into ¼ inch thick slices.
Lay the sweet potato pieces out on the prepared baking sheet, separating the pieces when needed.
Drizzle the olive oil over the potato pieces.
Sprinkle with the salt, pepper and rosemary. Toss to coat.
Cook in the preheated oven for about 30 minutes or until the sweet potatoes are tender and the edges are golden brown. Serve Warm.
