Ingredients

  • 3 Gala or Honeycrisp apples sliced
  • 3 Granny Smith apples sliced
  • ½ c salted caramel sauce or more, to taste
  • ½ c white chocolate chips
  • ½ c toffee pieces
  • ½ c mini M&M candies
  • ½ c pretzels broken in pieces
  • ¼ c sprinkles

Instructions

  • Prepare your display platter by lining with parchment (or foil) for easy cleanup.
  • Core and slice the apples. If the apples are going to sit out a bit before serving, toss them in a tablespoon of lemon juice to keep from browning (optional). If serving immediately, there is no need for this.
  • Arrange the apples on your display platter - start with an even layer and continue to build and fill in gaps as needed.
  • Drizzle the apples with the caramel sauce.
  • Sprinkle with the white chocolate chips, broken pretzel pieces, toffee pieces, M&M candies and sprinkles to decorate. Feel free to add additional toppings or change out for your desired tastes. Other notable toppings include peanuts, crushed Oreos, crushed graham crackers, mini chocolate chips, cinnamon/sugar, etc etc.
