Chocolate Oats Cookies No Bake Recipe

These Chocolate oats cookies no bake are so easy to make when you want a healthier snack option for your chocolate cravings!

Ingredients

  • ½ c Milk
  • 6 Tbsp Salted Butter melted
  • 3 Tbsp Hershey Cocoa Powder
  • c Sugar
  • c Quaker Instant Oats
  • ½ c Peanut Butter

Instructions

  • In a pot off heat, add sugar and cocoa. Mix together.
  • Add milk and melted butter to sugar mixture and mix to combine.
  • Turn on heat to medium and let mixture come to a low boil. Let boil for 1-2 minutes.
  • Add peanut butter and stir until melted.
  • Remove mixture from heat and add oats 1 cup at a time, mixing after each cup to fully combine.
  • Using a 1 Tbsp cookie scoop, quickly spoon mixture onto parchment lined baking sheet and allow to cool. Approximately 20 minutes.

Notes

Using Quaker Instant Oats will allow for best results.
