- 2 pieces French bread or caprese bread, or regular loaf bread.
- ½ Avocado sliced
- 2 Eggs
- 2 slices Bacon
Begin by cooking the bacon to the doneness that you prefer. Set aside.
Toast the bread (you may choose to butter it if you wish)
Quickly fry the eggs (or poach) to the doneness that you prefer. Set aside.
Assemble the toasts by first laying down the pieces of bacon on each piece of bread. Cut the bacon if needed to make them fit on the bread.
Next, lay the avocado slices on top of the bacon.
Lastly, place an egg on top of each piece of toast. Lightly salt and pepper if you wish.
