Ingredients

  • 2 pieces French bread or caprese bread, or regular loaf bread.
  • ½ Avocado sliced
  • 2 Eggs
  • 2 slices Bacon

Instructions

  • Begin by cooking the bacon to the doneness that you prefer. Set aside.
  • Toast the bread (you may choose to butter it if you wish)
  • Quickly fry the eggs (or poach) to the doneness that you prefer. Set aside.
  • Assemble the toasts by first laying down the pieces of bacon on each piece of bread. Cut the bacon if needed to make them fit on the bread.
  • Next, lay the avocado slices on top of the bacon.
  • Lastly, place an egg on top of each piece of toast. Lightly salt and pepper if you wish.
