Gyro Pizza
This Greek inspired gyro pizza recipe is a tasty dish to create for a fun weekday or weekend dinner! The family is sure to love this!

- 6 Whole Wheat Pitas
- 1 Tbsp Olive Oil
- 1 lb Ground Lamb  or lean beef
- 2 tsp Kosher Salt
- 2 tsp Coarse ground pepper
- 1 Garlic Clove minced
- 2 tsp Fresh parsley  chopped
- 4 oz Mozzarella Cheese shredded
- 1 Tomato thinly sliced
- 1 Onion thinly sliced
- Lettuce shredded
- Tzatziki Sauce
- Preheat oven to 325. 
- Brush pitas with olive oil and bake for 3 mins on each side. 
- Mix seasonings into meat and fry until no pink remains. 
- Divide meat evenly on pitas. Sprinkle with cheese, Tzatziki Sauce, lettuce, tomato and onion. 
- Use a pizza cutter to slice into triangles. Enjoy!
