No Bake Peanut Butter Balls

These No Bake Peanut Butter Balls are perfect for a tasty snack or even a quick protein breakfast to grab on the go for some energy!

Ingredients

  • 1 ½ cup quick oats
  • 2 tbsp flax seeds
  • ½ cup creamy peanut butter
  • ¼ cup honey
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • ½ cup chocolate chips

Instructions

  • Add oats to a large bowl.
  • Add the rest of the ingredients on top of the oats.
  • Stir ingredients well with a large spoon.
  • Refrigerate mixture for about an hour to make it easier to form your balls.
  • Line a baking sheet or tray with parchment paper.
  • Using a cookie scoop or spoon, gather some mixture and form into one inch balls.
  • Set balls on the parchment lined cookie sheet, and freeze for 2 hours.
